Through 250 original artworks, each featuring the authentic signature of an American citizen, this project celebrates identity, legacy, and unity.

Every piece is a gift from the artist to the participant and is intended to celebrate the beauty and individuality of each participant’s name through visual art.

While the project may attract commercial interest, its primary purpose is cultural and artistic, and since the artist is a career public school teacher, any profit deriving from this effort will support the participant, the public school system chosen by the participant and this initiative.

My name is Glenn Wootton, and I’m a lifelong educator and artist undertaking a deeply meaningful project in celebration of the 250th Anniversary of the United States.

This initiative will feature 250 original artworks, each centered around the authentic signature of an American citizen — honoring identity, legacy, and national unity.

Our name — our signatures — are more than ink on paper. They are a reflection of our journey, our values, and our place in the American story.

Each participant will receive:

A custom artwork featuring their signature
Joint copyright ownership of the piece
The opportunity to direct any profit generated from their artwork to the public school system of their choice

This project is not just about art — it’s about giving back, inspiring future generations, and creating a lasting tribute to the people who shape this country every day.
